What is your warranty policy?


All of our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. Any repairs are free. PLEASE NOTE: Any work performed on KELLY JEWELRY OFFICIAL pieces by outside jewelers will void the warranty. This is simply because we can never guarantee the work of others and most jewelers are not specialized in our settings or lab diamonds

What is your return and exchange policy?

Everything we do is completely custom made, from start to finish, just for you. Every detail of your piece is created to your personal preference and cannot be returned or exchanged without quality issues. We have a strict approval process for both your stone and CAD design to confirm you like it before starting production to ensure you love your piece

 

Logistics policy

What shipping method is used?

We ship all orders via FedEx or DHL Express Priority Shipping. For our international customers, we always ship the fastest way via FedEx, which usually takes 3-10 business days depending on your location. To ensure safe delivery of your domestic and international orders, we require a signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can drop off your package at the nearest FedEx facility and pick it up securely with photo ID. Once your package is shipped, our team will email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been submitted?

Once your order has been placed, our team will be happy to assist you in changing your address. You can contact our team by sending us an email at info@kellyjewelry.shop. Please note that once your item is in transit, the shipping address cannot be changed.

How do I best care for my piece?

We always recommend treating your pieces with the same care and love it took to create them. As with all fine jewelry, we recommend taking off your pieces for physical activity, showering, swimming, household cleaning, and sleeping. Water does not impact the stones or the settings of our rings, but the buildup from shampoo and chemicals in pools and salt water can eat away at the alloys in your setting. Abiding by the “last on, first off” rule, meaning that your jewelry is the last thing you put on in the mornings and first thing you take off when you get home, is a good rule of thumb.

How can I clean my piece?

The easiest and most effective way to clean your ring at home is to soak it in warm water with Dawn dish soap. We recommend removing build-up with a soft bristle, baby toothbrush, specifically on the underside of your stone where grime tends to accumulate.

Can I use standard jewelry cleaner?

You absolutely can, however, we do find that effectiveness and presence of harsh chemicals can vary greatly between brands. The most readily available, safe, and economical option is Dawn dish soap, warm water, and a baby tooth brush as outlined above.

Do you offer resizing?

We offer one complimentary resize within one full size up or down from its original size. We do not recommend resizing more than two times as this can compromise the overall structural integrity of the ring. Please reach out to us via email at info@kellyjewelry.shop, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How long do repairs take to complete?

Repairs typically take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, but this can vary depending on the extent of the damage and what is needed to repair the piece. All repairs are taken care of in our Orange County production facility with the same talented artisans that make our pieces.

Resizing typically takes 1-2 weeks.
